Software Menu Bar
A menu displays a list of options. To select an option from the menu, do the following:
- Click directly on the desired menu (i.e. File, Option etc.),
- When the menu drops down, choose the desired option
Barcode Label Maker Software has the following Menu option:
File Menu
Clicking the File Menu following window will appear as shown below:
File Menu includes the following options:
Open command on the File Menu redisplays a saved barcode file or list. Software pops up a standard Windows File Open Dialog box that allows you to explore the file system to locate the barcode file that you want to open.
Save command on the File menu allows you to save barcode drawing or any changes made in barcode images. Software saves generated barcode images to a variety of graphics formats, including jpeg, gif and bmp (by default).
Software has the ability to print barcode images (either single or multiple) on a paper.
Allows to exit from the software window.
Option Menu
Option Menu allows you to choose a desired option from a list of valid barcode setting choices. Each menu option you to select from the Option Menu causes a significant change in barcode image. You are provided with the facility to customize barcode Label as per industry need and specification. On clicking Option Menu the following window will display:
Option Menu lists the following choices:
Software facilitates you to fully customize bar code label images as per industry need and requirement by providing facility to change barcode caption font from variety of available barcode fonts.
In the Barcode settings, you can modify barcode value font as per industry specification.
Barcode Software acquires the features to change barcode image caption color.
Provides option to create colorful barcode labels with easily modifying barcode color.
You will have the facility to customize the barcode labels by changing the barcode value color.
Help Menu
Help menu is the primary window of an application to access different type of information or to get help about application's features. You can obtain help at any time by pressing Help Menu button or pressing “F1” button on the keyboard.
On clicking Help Menu the following window will appear:
The Help Menu provides options:
Acts as a user guide and you can easily take help by pressing F1 button on the keyboard.
Displays a window that shows Barcode Label Maker Software version information details.
Important information:
- Barcode Label Maker Software facilitates you to hide the Barcode Value and Barcode Caption. Just mark the “Hide Value” and “Hide Caption” check box to generate the barcode without specifying the barcode value and caption as shown in the screen below:
- Barcode Label Maker Software even provides option to save the image either at “Default Location” or at “You Defined Location” as displayed in the screen below:
- You can easily perform the following task (Selection Print, Clear List and Select List) upon right clicking on the generated barcode series as displayed in the screen below:
